Our mission is ‘Embracing Ability, Enriching Lives’.
Our vision is captured in what we call ‘The 3 E’s’, which are ‘Empowered Individuals, Enhanced Services, Engaged Stakeholders’. We will empower the people we support to make their own choices about how they wish to live their lives, and then we will support them to achieve the lives they dream of. We will enhance the quality of our services by adopting the social care and social role valorisation models, by continuous improvement of quality as assessed by external bodies, and by growing our capacity to increase the number of people who we can support. We will engage with all our stakeholders, firstly and most importantly the people we support, and also our staff, our families, our funders, our regulators and the local community.
Our values are ‘Rights, Respect, Inclusion and Trust’.
These values guide us in how we approach our work, how we support individuals, how we interact with individuals and their families, how we deal with each other as colleagues, and how we engage with our local community.
