Skills Bridge is St Aidan’s Services’ supported employment initiative, supporting people with an intellectual disability to prepare for, secure and sustain paid employment, while helping employers create inclusive workplaces. It offers tailored support, strong job matching and ongoing guidance to ensure roles are successful and sustainable. By working in partnership with employers and training providers, Skills Bridge creates practical pathways to work and enables businesses to access a wider, diverse talent pool, supported by initiatives such as the Wage Subsidy Scheme.
